The Ruling 8 Essence is a combination of Australian Bush Flower Essences chosen to support the energy of a 'Ruling Number 8'. 

In numerology, your Ruling Number is the sum of your birth date digits, reduced to a number between 2 and 11, or 22, 33, or 44. For example, 28 January 2013 is 2 + 8 + 0 + 1 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 3 = 17. Then 1 + 7 = 8.  A person born on 28 January 2013 has a Ruling Number of 8.
